National Championship Musky Open
The National Championship Musky Open will be coming to the Vilas County Fairgrounds in Eagle River on Aug. 17-19. The open is a catch-and-release tournament that provides family fun for all ages and skill levels. Over 1,000 anglers participated in the event in 2006, and over 500 anglers have already pre-registered. The cost $50 if pre-registered by Aug. 1 and $55 if registered at the tourney. For registration forms, log onto www.eagleriver.org/ncmot.asp or call the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center at 800-359-6315.
