Man charged with possession of child pornography
By Daily News Staff
A Rhinelander man facing a charge of possession of child pornography will have a preliminary hearing in April.
Paul D. Mack, 31, is accused of storing images of child pornography on computer equipment.
Mack made an adjourned initial appearance before Judge Robert E. Kinney in Oneida County Circuit Court Monday where his attorney waived the 20-day time limit for a preliminary hearing to be held.
Mack, who has no prior record, is free on a $5,000 signature bond.
He may not use computer equipment or have contact with underage individuals other than family members.
